両群のgeneral fatigueは3か月後baselineより減少(P≤.05)。post-exercisemalaiseのtime×treatmentinteractionはP=.02でsynbiotic優位。thalamuscholine(P=.02)、leftfrontalwhitemattercreatine(P=.05)、leftfrontalgreymattercreatine(P=.04)もplaceboより増加と記す。dose・平均差・CIはなく、Zn単独作用にしない。
