著者が報告した結果

著者はSKOV-3細胞がmembrane-bound VEGFを発現し、bevacizumabが結合・complement activationを起こしてbeta-glucanとin vitro cytotoxicityで相乗したと報告する。in vivoではbeta-glucanがbevacizumabの作用を有意に増強したとするが、effect値・p・CI・nはない。
